Terms of Service
These terms govern access to VidAI, including account responsibilities, user content, billing, credits, acceptable use, and service limitations.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VidAI, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply to visitors, trial users, and paying customers. If you use VidAI on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Service Description
VidAI provides a hosted AI image-to-video workflow that allows users to upload source images, enter prompts, and generate short-form video outputs. The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, storage providers, and model providers to deliver requested functionality.
We may change features, generation limits, supported models, output quality, credits, onboarding flow, or product packaging at any time as the service evolves.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including purchases, prompts, uploads, exports, and support requests.
You may not share accounts in a way that circumvents plan limits, security controls, moderation systems, or payment requirements.
User Content and Rights
You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts, source files, and other content you submit. You are solely responsible for confirming that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and lawful basis needed to upload, process, and use that content.
By using VidAI, you authorize us and our service providers to host, copy, store, transmit, transform, and process your content as necessary to operate the product, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with law.
- Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contract rights.
- Do not submit sensitive or regulated data unless you understand the risks and have a valid basis to do so.
- You remain responsible for how generated outputs are used, published, licensed, or distributed.
Output Quality and Use at Your Own Risk
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a specific use case. VidAI does not guarantee that any output is unique, error-free, legally safe for publication, or fit for medical, legal, employment, political, or other high-stakes use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.
Billing, Credits, and Merchant-of-Record Terms
Pricing, included credits, and product descriptions are shown at checkout or elsewhere on the site at the time of purchase. In the current product stage, VidAI primarily sells one-time credit packages rather than promising perpetual access or unlimited usage.
Checkout may be processed by Creem as merchant of record. That means Creem may handle payment collection, taxes, invoicing, and certain compliance or fraud-review functions under its own terms in addition to these terms.
Purchased credits are added after successful payment confirmation. Free trial credits, promotional credits, or manually granted credits may expire, be limited, or be revoked if they were issued by mistake or used abusively.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancellations
Because VidAI sells digital services and allocates credits shortly after payment confirmation, purchases are generally treated as final once credits have been delivered, except where a refund is required by law or where we decide a refund is appropriate in our discretion.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, did not receive the purchased credits, or encountered a billing issue, contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can review the order. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
If VidAI introduces recurring plans in the future, customers will be able to manage cancellation through the billing portal or the support team according to the plan terms then in effect.
Acceptable Use and Enforcement
You may not use VidAI for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful activity. Use of the service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which includes restrictions on sexual content, deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, violence, scams, platform abuse, and attempts to bypass safeguards.
We may deny a request, remove content, limit features, refuse service, cancel an order, suspend credits, or terminate access if we believe use violates our policies, our providers' rules, or applicable law.
Availability, Suspension, and Termination
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific render times, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device or browser. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, moderation reviews, fraud checks, or infrastructure changes may delay or interrupt the service.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we detect payment abuse, prohibited content, security threats, or policy violations.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidAI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidAI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the service.
