Acceptable Use Policy

VidAI is intended for legitimate creative, marketing, editorial, and product use cases. This policy explains what content and behavior are prohibited so that the service can remain compliant with payment providers, infrastructure partners, and applicable law.

This policy applies to uploads, prompts, generations, exports, metadata, account activity, and any use of outputs created with VidAI.

You may only upload source media and submit prompts that you are authorized to use. You may not use VidAI in a way that violates copyright, trademark, contract terms, privacy rights, publicity rights, or the rights of a platform, creator, employer, or customer.

You may not use VidAI to create, request, upload, process, or distribute pornography, explicit sexual content, exploitative nudity, fetish content, escort or adult-service promotional material, or any content intended primarily for sexual gratification.

Any content involving minors or any attempt to make a person appear underage in a sexual context is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• No child sexual abuse material or sexualized depictions of minors.
• No non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, voyeurism, or hidden-camera style content.
• No sexual deepfakes, face swaps, or likeness manipulation involving real people without clear authorization.

You may not use VidAI to impersonate a real person, misrepresent a person or brand, fabricate evidence, falsify events, manipulate identity documents, or create misleading media intended to deceive other people.

Political persuasion, fraud, phishing, scams, fake endorsements, and manipulated content presented as authentic footage are not allowed.

You may not use VidAI to promote or glorify terrorism, extremist ideology, graphic violence, human trafficking, illegal weapons, self-harm, harassment, stalking, hate speech, or criminal conduct.

Instructions or media that facilitate fraud, evasion of law enforcement, cyber abuse, malware, or physical harm are prohibited.

You may not rely on VidAI for highly regulated or high-risk uses where inaccurate or misleading output could reasonably cause harm, including medical diagnosis, legal advice, employment screening, credit decisions, biometric identification, or emergency response.

You may not use VidAI to generate or alter official documents, invoices, certificates, permits, IDs, or other records in a deceptive manner.

You may not probe the service for hidden behavior, bypass moderation or rate limits, automate abusive generation at scale, scrape other users' assets, resell access without authorization, or interfere with the stability or security of the platform.

Payment abuse, card testing, refund abuse, fraudulent disputes, account cycling to obtain extra trial credits, and misuse of promotional offers are also prohibited.

VidAI may use automated filters, manual review, provider feedback, billing signals, and abuse reports to evaluate activity on the service. A generation request may be blocked or removed if it appears to violate this policy, our Terms of Service, provider rules, or applicable law.

We may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect the service, our providers, or the public.

• Refuse or cancel a generation request.
• Remove content or revoke access to generated assets.
• Suspend credits, purchases, or account access.
• Reject orders, deny service, or terminate repeat offenders.
• Report suspected illegal activity to payment, hosting, model, or law-enforcement partners when appropriate.
