1. Acceptance

By using VidAI (imagetovideoai.site) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (21 where required by law) to use this service. The service generates adult (NSFW) content and is intended solely for adults.

3. Credits and Payment

New accounts receive a free credit grant. Additional credits may be purchased as one-time packs. Image generation costs 1 credit per image and current video generation costs 5 credits per clip. Credits are reserved when generation starts; failed or abandoned generations are refunded automatically. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to generate content that:

• depicts minors, or any person who is or appears to be under 18;
• depicts real, identifiable people without their consent, or is intended to harass, defame, or extort;
• depicts non-consensual sexual acts or sexual violence;
• violates applicable laws, including obscenity and revenge-porn laws.

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the content you generate. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

Images and videos are generated by AI models and may be imperfect or unrealistic. You may use results for personal, lawful purposes, provided you do not misrepresent AI-generated content as depicting real people. You may not resell or redistribute the service itself.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
