VidAI ("we", "us") operates imagetovideoai.site, an AI image and video generation tool. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and authentication details, managed by our sign-in provider (Clerk).
• Content you upload: reference images and text prompts you submit for image or video generation.
• Usage data: credit balances and transaction records tied to your account, stored in our database (Supabase), plus basic site analytics.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the service: authenticating your account, processing your generation requests, managing your credits and purchases, and maintaining the security and performance of the site. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party Processors

To deliver the service we share data with service providers: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Pollinations (reference-image storage and video generation), ImageRouter and its underlying image-model providers (image generation), and our payment provider. These services process data under their own privacy and retention policies.

5. Content Storage and Deletion

Reference images are uploaded to Pollinations Media and supplied to the selected generation provider by URL. ImageRouter deletes its copy of an input image after processing but logs prompts for security; its underlying providers may retain submitted material under their own policies. Generated images are requested as ephemeral Base64 data and converted to temporary browser URLs rather than hosted ImageRouter output URLs. Generated image and video results are not stored in a VidAI history and disappear from the browser when replaced or the page is closed. You may request deletion of account data we control by contacting support@imagetovideoai.site.

6. Age Restriction

This site contains adult content and is restricted to users aged 18 or older (21 where required by law). If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
